This home is designed for convenience. There is space for two vehicles beneath the home to make loading and unloading easy even when the weather is rainy. You'll also find an outdoor shower and dry entry on the ground level.
On the main floor, choose between one of three cozy bedrooms each outfitted with comfortable beds, a TV for entertainment and blackout curtains for optimal sleep. The King Bedroom has access to a covered deck and features an attached full-sized bathroom with glass and ceramic tile, a luxurious soaking tub and a custom vanity with marble top. Parking passes are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day when parking on common property. Towing Enforced. They should be picked up at the clubhouse.
Wristbands are required to be worn when using ALL amenities, including accessing the beach via the walkway.
Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, display a parking pass, and must be driven by a licensed driver. Carts parked on the grass or road side are subject to towing.
